Para magawa ito, pwede kang gumawa at uminom ng tsaa o maglagay ng ginger powder sa iyong tanghalian o hapunan.

 

Magpamasahe ng katawan o subukang mag acupressure

One last possible method that can be a remedy for migraine at home is by doing simple massages and/or acupressure. You don’t have to hire or ask someone to do these for you as you can massage certain parts of your own body. However, if you can afford to get a full body massage, then do so because it will reduce your migraine frequency and increase sleep quality.
