In addition, cayenne pepper is a great source of vitamin C, and can also act as an energy drink when combined with any citrus-rich drink.

Stir ¼ teaspoon of cayenne powder into hot water and until it is warm enough to be gargled. For toothaches, you can apply a small amount to help alleviate the pain on the gums and tooth. Also, when immediate medical help is not available, sprinkle cayenne pepper on a wound to stop the bleeding.
