Multizine is a yellow colored syrup and has an orange flavor with sweet fruit taste.
Multizine Syrup works by inhibiting the action of histamine receptors in the vomiting centre; providing nutritional requirements of the body to maintain physiological balance.

WHAT IS THIS MEDICINE USED FOR?
Vitamin supplement to help stiulate & enhance weight gain. Nutritional support during growth & development. To prevent metabolic & nutritional defeciences due to malabsorption, restricted dietary intake, physical or mental stress & trauma.
HOW MUCH AND HOW OFTEN SHOULD YOU USE THIS MEDICINE?
This medicine should be taken with food.
Children 7-14 years old: 2-4 teaspoonfuls once daily
2-6 years old: 1-2 teaspoonfuls once daily, or as prescribed by the physician.
WHEN SHOULD YOU NOT TAKE THIS MEDICINE?
You should not use if you have hypersensitivity to this medicine.
CARE THAT SHOULD BE TAKEN WHEN TAKING THIS MEDICINE?
Not taking more medication than the amount recommended.
UNDESIRABLE EFFECTS OF THIS MEDICINE:
Constipation, wind, feeling sick, stomach ache, diarrhea, skin rash, hypercalcaemia (too much calcium in your body) or hypercalciuria (too much calcium in your urine). Consult your doctor if you observe any of the following side-effects, especially if they do not go way. Gastrointestinal intolerance, allergic manifestations, idiosyncratic reactions (drug reactions that occur rarely and unpredictably amongst the population).
WHAT OTHER MEDICINE OR FOOD SHOULD BE AVOIDED WHILE TAKING THIS MEDICINE?
Vitamins: high dose of calcium and phosphorus containing compounds, drugs with same content to avoid overdose, antibiotics, non-steroidal anti-infammatory drugs, anticoagulants, insulin, HMG-CoA reductase inhibitors, milk and levodopa.
Buclizine: alcohol, antihistamines and other CNS depressants.
WHAT SHOULD YOU DO IF YOU MISSED THE DOSE?
In case you miss a dose, use it as soon as you notice. If it is close to the time of your next dose, skip the missed dose and resume your dosing schedule. Do ot use extra dose to make up for a missed dose. If you are regularly missing doses, consider setting an alarm or asking a family member to remind you. Please consult your doctor to discuss changes in your dosigschedule or a new schedule to make up for missed doses, if you have missed too many doses recently.
SIGNS AND SYMPTOMS OF OVERDOSE
Do not use more than prescribed dose. Taking more medication will not improve your symptoms; rather they may cause posioning or serious side-effects. If you suspect that you or anyone else who may have overdosed of this medicie, please go to the emergency department of the closest hospital or nursing home. Bring a medicine box, container, or label with you to help doctors with necessary information. Do not give your medicines to other people even if you know that they have the same condition or it seems that they may have similar conditions. This may lead to overdosage.
HOW SHOULD YOU KEEP THIS MEDICINE?
Keep this medicine out of sight and reach of children.
Store at temperature not exceed 30°C.
WHEN SHOULD YOU CONSULT YOUR DOCTOR?
-If any udesirble effect occur.
-If the child is taking oter vitamin or mineral supplement.
WHAT TO DO WHEN YOU HAVE TAKEN MORE THAN THE RECOMMENDED DOSAGE?
If you have taken more than recommended dosage, consult your doctor.
