2. Indications
(a) ADIVIA Sitagliptin FCTab 100mg is used for the following:

3. Contraindications
(a) Avoid using this medication in the following cases:
o Hypersensitivity to sitagliptin.
o Patients with a history of pancreatitis, heart failure, or serious hypersensitivity reactions (e.g., angioedema) with other DPP-4 inhibitors.
o Not indicated for use in patients with type 1 diabetes mellitus or diabetic ketoacidosis.
o Moderate to severe renal impairment (eGFR <45 mL/min/1.73 m?), including end-stage renal disease (ESRD) requiring hemodialysis or peritoneal dialysis.
o Pregnancy and lactation.
