How much and how often should you use the product?
Atorvastatin tablets are taken orally. Your doctor will inform you of the right dosage or number of tablets you should be taking each day based on your age, overall health, and medical conditions. Atorvastatin is usually taken once daily.
Avoid eating food that is high in fat or cholesterol. Atorvastatin will not be as effective in lowering your cholesterol if you do not follow the proper diet plan. Please note that it may take up to 2 weeks before you notice any difference in your cholesterol levels, and your doctor may require regular blood tests to monitor your condition. You may notice changes in your symptoms but keep taking the medication as prescribed. Do not stop taking atorvastatin unless told to by your doctor.
