Angina Pectoris: Initial dose of 60mg is given three times daily, increase to 360mg or up to 480mg daily or as prescribed by the physician.
Hypertension: Initial dose of 60mg to 120mg is given twice daily, increased as required to a maximum of 360mg daily or as prescribed by the physician.
