How much and how often should you use the product?
Oral rehydration salts come in powder sachets and must be dissolved in water. The mixture is then taken orally. Your doctor will inform you of the right dosage or number of capsules you should be taking each day based on your age, overall health, and medical conditions.
Infants (1 month – 1 year old): 250-500 mL (1-2 sachets)
Children (1 – 3years old): 500-1000 mL (2-4 sachets)
Older Children (4 years old and above): 1000-2000mL (4-8 sachets) and adults
Or as prescribed by a physician.

The sodium and glucose components in oral rehydration salt solutions work by accelerating the water absorption of the small intestine.
