To be given 3 to 4 times daily
2-6 years old: 1/2 to 1 teaspoonful (2.5mL to 5.0mL)
7-12 years old: 1 teaspoonful (5mL)
Adult: 2 teaspoonfuls (10mL)
Or as prescribed by a physician.
