ASTROL Vitex negundo (Lagundi) Tablet 600mg is an herbal medicine containing lagundi leaf extract (Vitex negundo). Lagundi is traditionally used for the relief of cough and other respiratory conditions due to its bronchodilator, expectorant, and anti inflammatory properties. It helps ease breathing and soothe irritation in the respiratory tract.
