LEMONCEE Ascorbic Acid Syrup 100 mg / 250 mL
DESCRIPTION
LEMONCEE is a vitamin C (Ascorbic Acid) nutritional supplement syrup formulated to help meet daily vitamin C requirements. Vitamin C is an essential nutrient that supports immune function, antioxidant protection, and tissue repair. The syrup formulation makes it easy to administer, especially for children and individuals who have difficulty swallowing tablets.
INDICATION
• Used for treatment and prevention of Vitamin C deficiencies
DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION
• 2 to 6 years old: Take 1 teaspoonful (5 mL)
• 7 to 12 years old: Take 2 teaspoonfuls (10 mL)
• To be given once daily or as prescribed by the physician
This medicine is taken orally. Take with a glass of water. Do not take more than the stated dose below.
PRECAUTIONS
• Do not exceed the recommended dose
• Not intended for patients with hemochromatosis
• Consult a doctor before use if the patient has a renal impairment, on anticoagulant therapy, diabetic with CV disease, and prone to kidney stones
• Keep out of reach of children
SIDE EFFECTS
Generally well tolerated. Mild and temporary effects may include:
• Diarrhea
• Gastrointestinal disturbances
• Hyperoxaluria
