DESCRIPTION
SYMDEX D FORTE Tablet is a combination cold and flu medication formulated to relieve multiple symptoms associated with upper respiratory tract infections.
• Paracetamol provides analgesic and antipyretic effects for pain and fever.
• Phenylpropanolamine acts as a nasal decongestant to relieve blocked or stuffy nose.
• Chlorpheniramine Maleate is an antihistamine that reduces sneezing, runny nose, and watery eyes.
This formulation is intended for short term symptomatic relief.

USES
• Relief of common cold and flu symptoms
• Nasal congestion and sinus pressure
• Runny nose and sneezing due to colds or allergies

DOSAGE
Use as directed by a physician.
• Adults: 1 tablet every 6–8 hours as needed
• Maximum dose: Do not exceed the recommended daily limits for paracetamol
Tablet should be swallowed whole with water. May be taken with or without food.

PRECAUTIONS
• Do not take with other products containing paracetamol to avoid overdose
• May cause drowsiness due to antihistamine component; avoid driving or operating machinery if affected
