DESCRIPTION
DECOLGEN FORTE Tablet is a combination cold medication containing phenylpropanolamine (nasal decongestant), chlorpheniramine maleate (antihistamine), and paracetamol (analgesic/antipyretic). It is formulated to provide fast and effective relief from common cold and flu symptoms by reducing nasal congestion, controlling allergy related symptoms, and relieving pain and fever.

USES
• Relief of common cold and flu symptoms
• Reduction of fever
• Relief of headache and body aches
• Relief of nasal congestion
• Reduction of sneezing, runny nose, and watery eyes

DOSAGE
• Adults and children 12 years and above:
o 1 tablet every 6–8 hours, or as directed by a physician
Do not exceed the recommended dose.
Swallow tablet whole with water. May be taken with or without food.

• Do not exceed the recommended dose
• Avoid taking other medicines containing paracetamol
• May cause drowsiness; avoid driving or operating machinery
• Use with caution in patients with hypertension, heart disease, diabetes, glaucoma, thyroid disease, or prostate enlargement
• Avoid alcohol while taking this medication
• Consult a doctor before use if pregnant or breastfeeding
• If symptoms persist for more than 7 days, consult a healthcare professional
