DESCRIPTION
DEXTROCOL Paracetamol + Phenylpropanolamine + Dextromethorphan Capsule is a combination medication used for the symptomatic relief of cough and cold. Paracetamol helps reduce fever and relieve pain, phenylpropanolamine acts as a nasal decongestant, and dextromethorphan is a cough suppressant that helps control dry, irritating cough.

USES
• Relief of common cold and flu symptoms
• Reduction of fever and body aches
• Relief of headache and sore throat
• Helps relieve nasal congestion
• Suppression of dry, non productive cough

DOSAGE
• Adults and children 12 years and above:
o 1 capsule every 6–8 hours as needed
• Children below 12 years:
o As directed by a physician
Do not exceed the recommended dose.

• Do not exceed the recommended dose
• Use with caution in patients with high blood pressure, heart disease, thyroid disorders, diabetes, or prostate enlargement
• May cause dizziness; avoid driving or operating machinery if affected
• Avoid using other products containing paracetamol or cough and cold ingredients concurrently
• Consult a doctor before use if pregnant or breastfeeding
• If symptoms persist for more than 5 days, seek medical advice
