DESCRIPTION
ELICA Mometasone Furoate Ointment 1 mg/5 g contains mometasone furoate, a potent topical corticosteroid with anti inflammatory, antipruritic, and vasoconstrictive properties. It helps reduce redness, swelling, and itching associated with steroid responsive skin conditions. The ointment base is suitable for dry, scaly lesions.

USES
• Treatment of inflammatory and pruritic skin conditions responsive to corticosteroids, such as:
o Eczema
o Dermatitis (including atopic and contact dermatitis)
o Psoriasis
• Relief of redness, swelling, and itching of the skin

DOSAGE
• Adults and children (as prescribed):
o Apply a thin layer to the affected area once daily or as directed by a physician
• Gently rub in until absorbed
• For external use only
Use the lowest effective amount for the shortest duration necessary.

PRECAUTIONS
• Do not exceed the recommended frequency or duration
• Avoid use on the face, groin, or armpits unless directed by a physician
