DESCRIPTION
EMIZOLE Miconazole Nitrate Cream contains miconazole nitrate, an imidazole antifungal agent formulated for topical use. It works by inhibiting the synthesis of ergosterol, an essential component of fungal cell membranes, leading to disruption of fungal growth. The cream formulation is suitable for application on affected skin areas.

USES
• Treatment of fungal skin infections, including:
o Tinea corporis (ringworm)
o Tinea cruris (jock itch)
o Tinea pedis (athlete’s foot)
• Management of cutaneous candidiasis
• Treatment of pityriasis versicolor
• Relief of associated itching, redness, and irritation

DOSAGE
• Apply a thin layer to the affected area twice daily, or as directed by a healthcare professional
• Clean and dry the affected area before application
• Continue treatment for the full recommended duration, even if symptoms improve
