“INTENDED USE Dengue IgG/IgM-NS1 Combo Rapid Test Cassette is a lateral flow chromatographic immunoassay for the qualitative detection of dengue virus NS1 antigen and antibodies (IgG and IgM) to dengue virus in human whole blood. TEST PROCEDURE For IgG/IgM Test Transfer 1 drop of whole blood (approximately 10?l) to the specimen well (S) of the test cassette, then add 3 drops of buffer (approximately 80 ?l). For NS1 Test Transfer 1 drop of whole blood (approximately 10 ?l) to the specimen well (S) of the test cassette, then add 3 drops of buffer (approximately 80 ?l). Start the timer. Read results at 15 minutes. Do not interpret the result after 20 minutes.”
