DESCRIPTION
NASAFER Paracetamol + Phenylpropanolamine Tablet is a combination medicine containing Paracetamol (500 mg) and Phenylpropanolamine (25 mg).
Paracetamol helps relieve pain and fever, while Phenylpropanolamine acts as a nasal decongestant by reducing swelling in the nasal passages, making breathing easier during colds and flu.

USES
• Relief of fever
• Headache and body aches
• Colds and flu symptoms
• Nasal congestion due to colds, sinusitis, or allergic rhinitis
• Mild to moderate pain with nasal congestion

DOSAGE
• Adults and children 12 years and above:
Take 1 tablet every 6 hours as needed.
• Maximum dose:
Do not exceed 4 tablets in 24 hours, unless directed by a healthcare professional.
