DESCRIPTION
PLEMERID Syrup is a combination cough and cold medication containing guaifenesin (expectorant), dextromethorphan (cough suppressant), phenylpropanolamine (nasal decongestant), and chlorpheniramine maleate (antihistamine). This formulation helps relieve cough, loosen mucus, reduce nasal congestion, and alleviate allergy related symptoms associated with colds and upper respiratory tract infections.

USES
• Relief of cough due to colds and flu
• Helps loosen and expel phlegm
• Relief of nasal congestion
• Reduces sneezing, runny nose, and watery eyes

DOSAGE
• Adults: 1–2 teaspoonfuls (5–10 mL) every 6–8 hours, or as directed by a physician
