DESCRIPTION
CENTRAMED Loratadine Dispersible Tablet 10 mg contains loratadine, a second generation, non sedating antihistamine. It works by selectively blocking histamine H1 receptors, thereby relieving allergic symptoms without causing significant drowsiness. The dispersible tablet formulation allows the tablet to dissolve easily in the mouth, making it convenient for use without water.

USES
• Treatment of allergic rhinitis (seasonal and perennial)
• Relief of sneezing, runny nose, and nasal congestion
• Relief of itchy or watery eyes
• Management of urticaria (hives) and other allergic skin conditions
• Relief of allergy related itching

DOSAGE
• Usual adult and adolescent dose (≥12 years): 10 mg once daily
• Tablet may be placed on the tongue to disperse or dissolved in a small amount of water before swallowing
• May be taken with or without food
• Follow the dosage as prescribed by a healthcare professional

PRECAUTIONS
• Use with caution in patients with severe liver impairment
• Do not exceed the recommended dose
• Although generally non sedating, use caution when driving if unusual drowsiness occurs
