DESCRIPTION
TEMPRA FORTE Paracetamol Syrup Strawberry Flavor contains paracetamol (acetaminophen) 250 mg per 5 mL, an analgesic and antipyretic used to relieve mild to moderate pain and reduce fever. It works by acting on the pain  and temperature regulating centers in the brain. The strawberry flavored syrup is designed for easier administration, especially for children who require a higher strength paracetamol formulation.

USES
• Reduction of fever, including fever due to colds, flu, or post immunization
• Relief of mild to moderate pain, such as:
o Headache
o Toothache
o Ear pain
o Sore throat
o Muscle and body aches
• Relief of pain from minor medical procedures or injuries

DOSAGE
• Children and adolescents:
o Dose is based on body weight and age, as directed by a physician
o Typical dosing interval: every 4–6 hours, as needed
• Maximum: Do not exceed 4 doses in 24 hours
Shake well before use.
Use a proper measuring device to ensure accurate dosing.

PRECAUTIONS
• Do not exceed the recommended dose
• Avoid concurrent use with other medicines containing paracetamol to prevent overdose
• Use with caution in patients with liver disease or chronic alcohol use
