DESCRIPTION
TGP Dextromethorphan Syrup is a non opioid antitussive medication used to suppress dry, non productive cough. Dextromethorphan acts centrally on the cough center in the brain, reducing the frequency and intensity of coughing without producing analgesia or addiction at recommended doses.

USES
• Relief of dry, irritating, non productive cough
• Cough due to common cold or upper respiratory tract infections
• Cough caused by throat or bronchial irritation

DOSAGE

PRECAUTIONS
• Not recommended for productive cough with excessive mucus
• Do not use together with monoamine oxidase inhibitors (MAOIs) or within 14 days of stopping them
