DESCRIPTION
ADVIL Ibuprofen Softgel Capsule 200mg contains ibuprofen, a non steroidal anti inflammatory drug (NSAID). It works by reducing substances in the body that cause pain, inflammation, and fever. The softgel capsule formulation allows faster absorption compared to regular tablets, providing quicker pain relief.

USES
• Relief of mild to moderate pain, such as:
o Headache
o Toothache
o Back pain
o Muscle and joint pain
o Menstrual pain (dysmenorrhea)
• Reduction of fever
• Relief of pain and inflammation associated with minor injuries or arthritis

DOSAGE
• Adults and children 12 years and above:
o 1 softgel capsule (200mg) every 4–6 hours as needed
o If pain persists, dose may be increased to 400mg
• Maximum dose: As directed by a physician
Take after meals to reduce stomach irritation.
Swallow capsule whole with water.

PRECAUTIONS
• Do not exceed the recommended dose
• Use with caution in patients with a history of stomach ulcers, gastrointestinal bleeding, kidney disease, heart disease, or asthma
