DESCRIPTION
ALAXAN FR Ibuprofen + Paracetamol Capsule combines ibuprofen, a non steroidal anti inflammatory drug (NSAID), with paracetamol, an analgesic and antipyretic. This dual action formulation provides effective relief of pain and inflammation while also reducing fever. The capsule form allows convenient intake and faster symptom relief for everyday pain conditions.

USES
• Relief of mild to moderate pain, including:
o Headache
o Toothache
o Muscle pain
o Joint pain
o Back pain
o Menstrual pain (dysmenorrhea)
• Reduction of fever
• Relief of pain and inflammation due to minor injuries or body aches

DOSAGE
• Adults and children 12 years and above:
o 1 capsule every 6–8 hours as needed, or as directed by a physician
• Maximum dose: Do not exceed the recommended daily dose
Take preferably after meals to reduce stomach irritation.
Swallow capsule whole with water.

PRECAUTIONS
• Do not exceed the recommended dose
• Avoid taking other medicines containing paracetamol or NSAIDs concurrently
• Use with caution in patients with a history of stomach ulcer, gastrointestinal bleeding, kidney disease, liver disease, heart disease, or asthma
• Consult a doctor before use if pregnant or breastfeeding
• Avoid alcohol while taking this medicine
• Discontinue use and consult a doctor if pain or fever persists for more than a few days
• Keep out of reach of children
