DESCRIPTION
DOLAN FP FORTE Ibuprofen Suspension is a pediatric non steroidal anti inflammatory drug (NSAID) formulated for effective relief of pain, inflammation, and fever. Ibuprofen works by inhibiting prostaglandin synthesis, thereby reducing pain, swelling, and elevated body temperature. The 200 mg/5 mL “Forte” strength provides a higher concentration for children who require stronger dosing, while the orange flavor improves acceptability.

USES
• Reduction of fever in children
• Relief of mild to moderate pain, including:
o Teething pain
o Headache
o Toothache
o Earache
o Sore throat
• Pain and inflammation associated with colds, flu, and minor injuries
• Post immunization fever and discomfort

DOSAGE
Use as directed by a physician or according to the child’s age and body weight.
• Children: Dose is weight based and typically administered every 6–8 hours as needed
• Do not exceed the recommended daily dose
Shake well before use. Use a proper measuring cup or oral syringe for accurate dosing.

PRECAUTIONS
• Do not exceed the recommended dose or dosing frequency
