DESCRIPTION
HISTAPEN Chlorphenamine Tablet 5 mg contains chlorphenamine, a first generation antihistamine that works by blocking the effects of histamine in the body. It helps relieve symptoms caused by allergic conditions by reducing sneezing, itching, runny nose, and watery eyes.

USES
• Relief of allergic rhinitis (hay fever)
• Treatment of urticaria (hives) and other allergic skin conditions

DOSAGE
