DESCRIPTION
TUSERAN FORTE Capsule is a combination cough and cold medication containing dextromethorphan (cough suppressant), phenylpropanolamine (nasal decongestant), and paracetamol (analgesic/antipyretic). Dextromethorphan helps control dry, irritating cough; phenylpropanolamine reduces nasal congestion by shrinking swollen nasal blood vessels; and paracetamol relieves pain and lowers fever. The capsule formulation provides convenient and effective symptomatic relief of cold related symptoms.

DOSAGE
• Adults and children 12 years and above:
o 1 capsule every 6–8 hours as needed, or as directed by a physician
Swallow capsule whole with water.
Do not exceed the recommended dose.

• Do not exceed the recommended dose
• Avoid taking other medicines containing paracetamol to prevent overdose
• Use with caution in patients with hypertension, heart disease, diabetes, glaucoma, thyroid disorders, or prostate enlargement
• May cause drowsiness or dizziness; avoid driving or operating machinery if affected
• Avoid alcohol while taking this medicine
• Consult a doctor before use if pregnant or breastfeeding
• Not recommended for children below 12 years unless prescribed
