DESCRIPTION
LODIBES Amlodipine Besilate Film Coated Tablet 10mg contains amlodipine besilate, a calcium channel blocker that works by relaxing and widening blood vessels. This action improves blood flow, lowers blood pressure, and reduces the workload on the heart. The film coated formulation helps improve ease of swallowing and gastrointestinal tolerance.

USES
• Treatment of hypertension (high blood pressure)
• Management of angina pectoris (chronic stable and vasospastic angina)

DOSAGE
• Adults:
o Usual dose: 5–10mg once daily, or as directed by a physician
• Maximum dose: 10mg once daily
May be taken with or without food. Take at the same time each day.
