DESCRIPTION
ALZOR Olmesartan Medoxomil Tablet 40 mg contains olmesartan medoxomil, an angiotensin II receptor blocker (ARB). It works by blocking the action of angiotensin II, a substance that causes blood vessels to constrict, thereby allowing blood vessels to relax and lower blood pressure.

USES
• Treatment of hypertension (high blood pressure)
• Helps reduce the risk of stroke, heart attack, and kidney problems associated with uncontrolled blood pressure
• May be used alone or in combination with other antihypertensive agents

DOSAGE
• Adults: One tablet (40 mg) once daily, with or without food, as prescribed by a healthcare professional
