DESCRIPTION
NEBIL Nebivolol Hydrochloride Tablet contains nebivolol, a highly selective beta 1 adrenergic receptor blocker with additional vasodilatory properties mediated through nitric oxide release. It lowers blood pressure by reducing heart rate, decreasing cardiac output, and relaxing blood vessels, leading to improved blood flow and reduced cardiac workload.

USES
• Management of hypertension (high blood pressure)
• Reduction of cardiovascular risk associated with high blood pressure
• Adjunct treatment in selected patients with heart failure, as prescribed
• Support in improving heart efficiency and vascular function

DOSAGE
Use strictly as directed by a physician.
• Adults: 5 mg once daily
• Dose may be adjusted based on blood pressure response and patient condition
• Elderly or patients with renal impairment: Lower starting dose may be recommended
Tablet may be taken with or without food and should be taken at the same time each day.

PRECAUTIONS
• Do not discontinue abruptly, as sudden withdrawal may worsen heart conditions
