DESCRIPTION
ROSTAR Rosuvastatin Film Coated Tablet 20 mg is a lipid lowering medication belonging to the statin (HMG CoA reductase inhibitor) class. It works by reducing cholesterol synthesis in the liver, leading to decreased levels of low density lipoprotein (LDL) cholesterol and triglycerides, and increased high density lipoprotein (HDL) cholesterol.
