DESCRIPTION
SALMEFLO Salmeterol + Fluticasone Propionate Capsule with Inhaler 50 mcg / 250 mcg is a combination maintenance inhalation therapy for respiratory conditions. Salmeterol is a long acting beta 2 agonist (LABA) that helps relax airway muscles, while fluticasone propionate is an inhaled corticosteroid that reduces airway inflammation. Together, they improve breathing and help prevent asthma and COPD symptoms with regular use.

USES
• Maintenance treatment of asthma
• Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD), including chronic bronchitis and emphysema
• Helps prevent wheezing, shortness of breath, and chest tightness
• Reduces the frequency of asthma exacerbations
Not intended for relief of acute bronchospasm

DOSAGE
• Adults and adolescents (≥12 years):
Inhale one capsule twice daily (morning and evening), approximately 12 hours apart, using the provided inhaler
• Capsules are for inhalation only and must not be swallowed
• Use regularly for best results, even if symptoms improve

PRECAUTIONS
• Not for acute asthma attacks or sudden breathing problems
• Use with caution in patients with heart disease, hypertension, diabetes, or thyroid disorders
• Rinse mouth after each use to reduce the risk of oral thrush
• Do not exceed the prescribed dose; excessive LABA use may increase cardiovascular risk
• Not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding unless prescribed
• Should not be used with other LABA containing medicines

SIDE EFFECTS
