DESCRIPTION
ASMAGONE PLUS Salbutamol + Ipratropium Nebule 2.5mg/500mcg is a combination bronchodilator solution for inhalation via a nebulizer. It contains salbutamol, a short acting beta 2 agonist that relaxes airway muscles, and ipratropium bromide, an anticholinergic that reduces bronchial constriction. Together, they provide enhanced bronchodilation and improved airflow in obstructive airway conditions.

USES
• Relief of bronchospasm in asthma
• Management of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD)
• Treatment of wheezing, shortness of breath, and chest tightness
• Used in moderate to severe airway obstruction requiring combination therapy

DOSAGE
• Adults and children:
o 1 nebule via nebulizer 3–4 times daily, or as directed by a physician
• Dilution with sterile normal saline may be done if advised
For inhalation use only. Use with a nebulizer device.

PRECAUTIONS
• Use only as prescribed by a physician
• Use with caution in patients with heart disease, hypertension, diabetes, glaucoma, or prostate enlargement
• Excessive use may worsen airway control
