DESCRIPTION
NAFLAX Naproxen Tablet 500mg contains naproxen, a non steroidal anti inflammatory drug (NSAID). It works by inhibiting prostaglandin synthesis, thereby reducing pain, inflammation, and swelling. Naproxen is commonly used for the relief of acute and chronic inflammatory conditions.

USES
• Relief of mild to moderate pain
• Treatment of inflammatory conditions such as:
o Osteoarthritis
o Rheumatoid arthritis
o Ankylosing spondylitis
• Relief of muscle and joint pain
• Treatment of dysmenorrhea (menstrual pain)
• Relief of pain due to injury or inflammation

DOSAGE
• Adults:
o Usual dose: 500mg once or twice daily, or as directed by a physician
• Take after meals to reduce gastric irritation
• Swallow tablet whole with water
Use the lowest effective dose for the shortest duration necessary.

PRECAUTIONS
• Do not exceed the recommended dose
• Not recommended for patients with a history of peptic ulcer, gastrointestinal bleeding, or severe heart, liver, or kidney disease
• Use with caution in elderly patients
• Consult a doctor before use if pregnant or breastfeeding
• Avoid concomitant use with other NSAIDs unless advised by a physician
• Discontinue use and consult a doctor if pain persists or worsens
