DESCRIPTION
BUZTIN Simvastatin Film Coated Tablet 40 mg is a lipid lowering medication belonging to the statin class. It works by inhibiting HMG CoA reductase, an enzyme involved in cholesterol production in the liver. This helps reduce levels of total cholesterol, low density lipoprotein (LDL) cholesterol, and triglycerides while increasing high density lipoprotein (HDL) cholesterol.

DOSAGE
• Adults:

PRECAUTIONS
• Do not use if allergic to simvastatin
• Contraindicated in patients with:
