DESCRIPTION
DENIGMA Memantine Hydrochloride Film Coated Tablet 10 mg contains memantine HCl, an N methyl D aspartate (NMDA) receptor antagonist. It works by regulating abnormal glutamate activity in the brain, which may help improve memory, awareness, and the ability to perform daily activities in patients with Alzheimer’s disease.

USES
• Treatment of moderate to severe Alzheimer’s disease
• Management of symptoms related to cognitive decline and dementia

DOSAGE
• Dosage should be as prescribed by a physician
• Usual maintenance dose: 10 mg twice daily (after gradual dose titration)
• May be taken with or without food
• Swallow the tablet whole; do not crush or chew
