DESCRIPTION
MEZACAR Carbamazepine Tablet 200 mg contains carbamazepine, an anticonvulsant and mood stabilizing medicine. It works by reducing abnormal electrical activity in the brain, helping to control seizures and stabilize nerve impulses.

USES
• Treatment of epilepsy (partial and generalized tonic clonic seizures)
• Management of trigeminal neuralgia and other nerve pain conditions
• Treatment of bipolar disorder, particularly manic episodes (as prescribed)

DOSAGE
• Dosage should be as prescribed by a physician
• Typical adult dose: 200 mg 1–2 times daily, gradually increased based on response
• Take with or after meals to reduce stomach upset
