DESCRIPTION
FORZEM Diltiazem Hydrochloride Film Coated Tablet 30 mg contains diltiazem, a calcium channel blocker. It works by relaxing the blood vessels and reducing the heart rate, improving blood flow and decreasing the heart’s workload. This helps lower blood pressure and relieve heart related chest pain.

DOSAGE
