DESCRIPTION
PANTOPLUS Pantoprazole + Domperidone Capsule is a combination gastrointestinal medication used for acid related disorders and motility problems. Pantoprazole is a proton pump inhibitor (PPI) that reduces gastric acid secretion, while Domperidone is a prokinetic agent that enhances gastrointestinal motility and helps relieve nausea and vomiting. Together, they provide effective relief from acid reflux symptoms and improve gastric emptying.

USES
• Gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD)
• Acid reflux and heartburn
• Peptic ulcer disease
• Dyspepsia (indigestion) associated with delayed gastric emptying
• Nausea and vomiting related to gastric disorders

DOSAGE
Use strictly as directed by a physician.
• Adults: 1 capsule once daily
Capsule should be taken before meals, preferably in the morning. Swallow whole with water. Do not crush or open the capsule.

PRECAUTIONS
• Long term use of proton pump inhibitors may increase the risk of vitamin B12 deficiency, osteoporosis, or magnesium deficiency
• Use with caution in patients with liver impairment
