DESCRIPTION
PERIDOM Domperidone Film Coated Tablet 10 mg contains domperidone, a dopamine antagonist with antiemetic and prokinetic properties. It works by enhancing gastrointestinal motility and blocking dopamine receptors outside the brain, helping relieve nausea, vomiting, and gastric discomfort.

USES
• Treatment of nausea and vomiting
• Relief of bloating, fullness, and gastric discomfort
• Management of symptoms associated with delayed gastric emptying
• Adjunct treatment for gastrointestinal motility disorders

DOSAGE
• Usual adult dose: 10 mg up to three times daily
• To be taken 15–30 minutes before meals
• Maximum duration and dosage should be as prescribed by a physician
• Do not exceed the recommended dose

PRECAUTIONS
• Use with caution in patients with heart conditions, especially those with known rhythm disorders
• Not recommended in patients with moderate to severe liver impairment
