Description

QUATRODERM is a combination topical cream containing Betamethasone, Gentamicin, Tolnaftate, and Clioquinol. It is used for the treatment of inflammatory skin conditions associated with fungal and/or bacterial infections. It helps relieve itching, redness, swelling, and irritation while helping control infection.

Dosage

Adults and Children:

Apply a thin layer to the affected area 1 to 2 times daily or as prescribed by a physician.
Clean and dry the affected area before application.
Wash hands before and after use unless treating the hands.

Missed Dose:

Apply as soon as remembered.
If it is almost time for the next application, skip the missed dose.
Do not apply extra amounts to compensate for a missed dose.
Precautions
For external use only.
Avoid contact with the eyes, nose, mouth, and other mucous membranes.
Do not use on large areas of skin unless instructed by a physician.
Avoid prolonged use without medical supervision.
Inform your doctor if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
Discontinue use and seek medical advice if irritation worsens or no improvement is seen.
