DESCRIPTION
TGP Betahistine Hydrochloride Tablet 16 mg contains betahistine HCl, a histamine analogue with antivertigo properties. It works by improving microcirculation in the inner ear and reducing endolymphatic pressure, thereby helping to alleviate symptoms associated with vestibular disorders without causing significant sedation.

USES
• Treatment of Ménière’s disease
• Management of vertigo of vestibular origin
• Relief of dizziness, tinnitus, nausea, and hearing disturbances associated with inner ear disorders
• Symptomatic treatment of balance disorders, as prescribed

DOSAGE
• Adults: Usually 16 mg taken two to three times daily, depending on symptom severity and clinical response
Note: Tablets are preferably taken with meals to reduce gastric discomfort. Therapeutic benefit may take several weeks. Follow the physician’s instructions strictly.

PRECAUTIONS
• Use with caution in patients with bronchial asthma
• Use with caution in patients with active or history of peptic ulcer disease
• Contraindicated in patients with pheochromocytoma
