DESCRIPTION
TGP Betahistine Tablet 24 mg contains betahistine, a histamine analogue with antivertigo properties. It works by improving blood flow in the inner ear and reducing endolymphatic pressure, which helps relieve vertigo and associated symptoms without causing significant sedation.

USES
• Treatment of Ménière’s disease
• Management of vertigo of vestibular origin
• Relief of dizziness, tinnitus, nausea, and hearing disturbances related to inner ear disorders
• Symptomatic treatment of balance disorders, as prescribed

DOSAGE
• Adults: Usually 24 mg taken once or twice daily, or as directed by a healthcare professional
Note: Tablets are preferably taken with meals to reduce gastric discomfort. Therapeutic effects may take several weeks to become evident. Follow the physician’s instructions strictly.

PRECAUTIONS
• Use with caution in patients with bronchial asthma
• Use with caution in patients with active or history of peptic ulcer disease
• Contraindicated in patients with pheochromocytoma
