DESCRIPTION
TGP Nebivolol Hydrochloride Tablet 5 mg contains nebivolol, a highly selective beta 1 adrenergic blocker with nitric oxide–mediated vasodilatory properties. It works by slowing the heart rate and relaxing blood vessels, resulting in effective lowering of blood pressure with improved vascular function.

USES
• Treatment of hypertension (high blood pressure)
• Long term blood pressure control to reduce the risk of cardiovascular events such as stroke and heart attack
• Management of hypertension as monotherapy or in combination with other antihypertensive agents, as prescribed

DOSAGE
• Adults: Usually 5 mg once daily
• Dose may be adjusted by the healthcare professional based on blood pressure response and patient tolerance
Note: Take at the same time each day, with or without food. Follow the physician’s instructions strictly.

PRECAUTIONS
• Use with caution in patients with bradycardia, heart block, or severe heart failure
• May mask symptoms of hypoglycemia in diabetic patients
