DESCRIPTION
AGGRAVAN Cilostazol Tablet contains cilostazol, a phosphodiesterase III inhibitor with antiplatelet and vasodilatory properties. It works by inhibiting platelet aggregation and dilating blood vessels, thereby improving blood flow, particularly to the lower extremities.

USES
• Intermittent claudication due to peripheral arterial disease (PAD)
• Improvement of walking distance and reduction of leg pain caused by poor circulation
• Adjunct therapy to improve peripheral blood flow
• Antiplatelet support in selected vascular conditions, as prescribed

DOSAGE
Use strictly as directed by a physician.
• Adults: 50 mg twice daily
• Dose may be increased to 100 mg twice daily depending on response and tolerance
Tablets should be taken 30 minutes before or 2 hours after meals for optimal absorption. Swallow with water.

PRECAUTIONS
• Contraindicated in patients with heart failure of any severity
• Use with caution in patients with cardiac arrhythmias or ischemic heart disease
• Increased risk of bleeding when used with other antiplatelet or anticoagulant agents
• Avoid grapefruit juice, which may affect drug levels
