DESCRIPTION
GABATIN Gabapentin Capsule contains gabapentin, a medicine classified as an anticonvulsant and neuropathic pain agent. Although structurally related to gamma aminobutyric acid (GABA), gabapentin does not act directly on GABA receptors. It works by modulating calcium channels in the nervous system, helping reduce abnormal nerve excitability and pain signaling. The 100 mg strength is commonly used as a starting dose or for dose titration, especially in sensitive or elderly patients.

• Neuropathic pain (e.g., diabetic neuropathy, post herpetic neuralgia)
• Nerve related pain conditions

DOSAGE
Use strictly as directed by a physician.
• Adults:
Typical starting dose: 100 mg once daily, usually increased gradually based on response and tolerability
