DESCRIPTION
ISORE Polymyxin B + Neomycin + Dexamethasone Ophthalmic Solution is a sterile eye drop preparation combining polymyxin B sulfate and neomycin sulfate (antibiotics) with dexamethasone (a corticosteroid). The antibiotics act against susceptible bacteria, while dexamethasone reduces ocular inflammation, redness, swelling, and discomfort. It is intended for topical ophthalmic use under medical supervision.

USES
• Treatment of bacterial eye infections with associated inflammation
• Management of conjunctivitis, blepharitis, and keratitis caused by susceptible organisms
• Control of post operative ocular inflammation where there is a risk of infection
• Relief of redness, swelling, and irritation in inflammatory ocular conditions

DOSAGE
• Adults: Instill 1–2 drops into the affected eye(s) every 4–6 hours, or as prescribed by an ophthalmologist
• In severe infections, dosing may be increased initially, then reduced as improvement occurs
• Avoid touching the dropper tip to any surface
• Use for the shortest effective duration as directed

PRECAUTIONS
• For ophthalmic use only
• Prolonged corticosteroid use may increase the risk of secondary infections, delayed wound healing, or increased intraocular pressure
• Not recommended for viral, fungal, or mycobacterial eye infections
