DESCRIPTION

LIPEWIN H FORTE contains Losartan Potassium 100 mg and Hydrochlorothiazide 25 mg. It is a combination antihypertensive medicine used to lower high blood pressure. Losartan relaxes blood vessels, while Hydrochlorothiazide helps remove excess salt and water from the body through urine.

USES
Treatment of hypertension (high blood pressure)
Helps reduce the risk of stroke in patients with high blood pressure and enlarged heart
Helps lower the risk of heart attack and kidney complications associated with uncontrolled hypertension
DOSAGE
Adults: 1 tablet once daily, or as prescribed by a physician
Take at the same time each day
May be taken with or without food
Follow the dosage prescribed by your doctor
PRECAUTIONS
Prescription drug. Use only under medical supervision.
Do not use during pregnancy.
Inform your doctor if you have kidney disease, liver disease, diabetes, gout, or electrolyte imbalance.
May cause dizziness, especially when standing up suddenly.
Stay adequately hydrated unless otherwise instructed by your doctor.
Regular monitoring of blood pressure, kidney function, and electrolyte levels may be required.
