DESCRIPTION
RITEMED Amoxicillin Capsule 500 mg contains amoxicillin, a broad spectrum penicillin type antibiotic. It works by inhibiting bacterial cell wall synthesis, leading to the destruction of susceptible bacteria. Amoxicillin is effective against a wide range of gram positive and gram negative organisms.

USES
• Treatment of bacterial infections caused by susceptible organisms, including:
o Upper and lower respiratory tract infections
o Ear, nose, and throat infections
o Urinary tract infections
o Skin and soft tissue infections
o Dental infections
• Used as part of combination therapy for certain infections, as prescribed

DOSAGE
• Adults: One capsule (500 mg) every 8 hours or as prescribed by a healthcare professional
• Dosage and duration depend on the type and severity of infection
• May be taken with or without food

PRECAUTIONS
