DESCRIPTION
TGP Metoclopramide Syrup 5 mg/60 mL contains metoclopramide hydrochloride, a prokinetic and antiemetic agent. It works by enhancing gastrointestinal motility and blocking dopamine receptors in the central nervous system, thereby helping reduce nausea and vomiting and improving gastric emptying.
