DESCRIPTION
TGP Propranolol Hydrochloride Tablet 10 mg contains propranolol, a non selective beta adrenergic blocker. It works by reducing heart rate, cardiac output, and blood pressure, and by decreasing the effects of stress hormones on the heart and circulation.

USES
• Treatment of hypertension (high blood pressure)
• Management of angina pectoris (chest pain)
• Control of certain cardiac arrhythmias
• Prevention of migraine headaches
• Management of essential tremor
• Control of symptoms of anxiety (e.g., palpitations)
• Adjunct treatment of hyperthyroidism

DOSAGE
• Adults: Usually 10–40 mg taken two to three times daily, depending on the indication and patient response
